We’re a group of passionate mental health therapists providing high-quality, inclusive therapy in a variety of ways- in person, virtually, one-on-one, in a group setting, and as a family. Our clinicians are just as passionate about your child’s wellbeing as you are!
Located here in Munster, Indiana, we are available for both in-person sessions and virtual sessions for Indiana & Illinois residents.

At Benchmark Counseling, it’s our mission to provide a safe, inclusive environment where your child (and family) feels heard and supported by providing high quality mental health services. Our vision is to create a world where youth are both nurtured and valued by partnering with parents and communities to prioritize mental health.
Benchmark Counseling strives to provide a sense of community where both our clients and employees feel welcome, supported, and challenged to grow! We aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health through education and quality services such as therapy on an individual or group basis, workshops, and public speaking engagements.

Confidentiality Statement
All services at Benchmark Counseling, LLC, are confidential according to state and professional regulations. While there are limitations to what can be kept private, all therapists hold the client-therapist bond sacred and do not share details of the work done in session. Your therapist will discuss the limits of confidentiality with you at the initial session.
